- 12 shifts per month; 12 hours each with balanced schedule of days, swing, and night shifts
- Hospital-employed position with excellent support staff and resources
- Stable, respected emergency medicine team with long-term physicians
- First all ABEM board-certified group in Iowa
- Will be an average of 75% EM shifts and 25% medical director shift responsibilities
- Salary $500K earnings, comprehensive benefits, and $75K or higher signing bonus
