Emergency Medicine Physician Locums Job in Louisiana | 12-Hour Shifts | Beginning ASAP - Ongoing | Assignment #115641

Coverage Details
-- Begin as soon as credentialed
-- Credentialing timeframe: 45–60 days with clean file
-- Ongoing assignment

Shift Description
-- 6 AM – 6 PM
-- 6 PM – 6 AM

Requirements
-- Board certified or board eligible in EM, FM, or IM with 2 years of EM experience
-- ACLS, ATLS, and PALS
-- Must have active LA license, DEA, and controlled substance registration
-- Residency in EM/FM/IM

Assignment Details
-- Annual volume: approximately 17,000–19,000 visits
-- 5 ED beds
-- 25-bed critical access hospital
-- Special services include CT scan, ICU, MRI, nuclear medicine, and ultrasound
-- Staffing Model for APP: 10 hours/4 days a week (11 AM – 9 PM M/T/TH/F)
-- EMR: Ochsner Epic
