Job Description
- An emergency medicine physician is needed to join this group of 22 BC EM docs who staff two ED’s in southeastern Massachusetts
- Schedule is by revolving template which ensures equitable shift distribution regardless of seniority
- Full-time position is approximately 1500 hrs./year
- This is a high-volume ED, and you will need to see two patients/hr., all high acuity (low acuity goes to APP area)
- Productivity-based compensation package where you will earn $260/hr. (2 pts/hr.), to $300/hr. (2.5 pts/hr.) or more
- One of the locations has night shifts with a $30/hr. differential plus productivity incentive and the other has nights (usually < 2 pts/hr.), the hourly rate is fixed at $260hr.
- Three-year partnership track, partners average additional $50K a year
