Emergency Medicine job located in Minnesota

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine physician to join a strong, established Emergency Medicine team in Minnesota, north of Minneapolis. As the ED Medical Director, you will provide both clinical leadership and direct patient care within a rural Emergency Department. You will leads a dedicated, experienced team of Emergency Medicine APPs, cultivating a high-performance, patient-centered culture focused on delivering exceptional, compassionate, and efficient care to individuals of all ages.

Details:

Lead the Emergency Department, evaluating and treating medical and trauma patients while supporting the team of experienced physician assistants

Level IV trauma center

10 or 12 hour shifts

No call

Daily census of ED is 25 patients

Dayshift- 4 or 5 day work week

Compensation:

Salary: $345K+ (based upon experience)

Sign-On Bonus: $75K+

PTO: 26 days per year
