Job Description
Hospital seeking a Locum BC Emergency Medicine Physician
--Inpatient only – No call
--Avg# volumes per day – output 100 or 1.8 patients per hour
--Avg# inpatient census: 20
--ICU/critical care duties: yes
--Will respond to codes
--Protocol for afterhours admissions in hospital: Hospitalist
--Standard EM procedures
--Must have an active NC License and DEA.
--New Physicians will need to come in the day before scheduled shifts for orientation.
