Emergency Medicine Physician

Provide Critical Care in a Dynamic Environment
As an Emergency Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for the independent evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients presenting with a wide range of medical conditions. You will be an integral part of a dedicated team, working in a fast-paced and challenging environment where your expertise will make a real difference.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients with various emergency medical conditions.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop and implement treatment plans.
- Perform a wide range of emergency procedures, including intubation, central line placement, trauma resuscitation, and minor procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with other members of the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
Qualifications:
- Education: MD/DO Degree from an accredited College of Medicine.
- Experience: FM/IM with extensive emergency medicine experience (at least 3 years with 250 case logs within the past year).
- Licensure: Eligible for a North Dakota Medical License.
- Certifications: ACLS, PALS, and ATLS required.
- Skills: Proficiency in emergency procedures, including resuscitations and airway management.
Schedule:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- 12-hour shifts (day/night/weekend rotations).
- Mid-level support during peak hours.
- Call Schedule: 1:5

- $250/hr base compensation $10/hr quality bonus.
- Annualized: Approximately $561,600 (based on 2,160 hours/year, including bonuses).
- $50,000 sign-on bonus.

- 1099 Independent Contractor Option:
- $275/hr base compensation $10/hr quality bonus.
- Annualized: Approximately $615,600 (based on 2,160 hours/year, including bonuses).
- $50,000 sign-on bonus.
- Paid professional liability insurance.
- Relocation Assistance: $15,000 relocation assistance is available.
