Emergency Medicine Physician Locums Job | Two Providers for Two Facilities in Oklahoma | Nights Only | Beginning October | Assignment #110515

Coverage Needed: Beginning October 6 - December and Ongoing 

Shift Description: 
--EM Department Night Coverage: scheduled clinical hours only 
--Shift times 6pm – 6am (APPs work 12 hour shifts, 11am - 11pm) 

Requirements: 
--Emergency Medicine Board certified  
--Oklahoma License or IMLC 
--Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS 
--ER Residency Trained (will not accept family med or internal med) 
--Usual EM procedures Central lines, Intubations ext.  

Assignment Details: 
--Hospital stroke certified 
--Patients per shift: 20 – 25 
--Admission rate: 15%  
--Beds in department: 12 in one site, 17 in other 
--EMR: Epic 
--Trauma level facility: 3 
--Support staff: 6 RN, 3 MA, 1 – 2 PA/NP (no supervision required) 
--Office Staff: 2 
--No newborn deliveries in ED, L&D Department onsite 
--Volume around 40k per year  
--Credentialing Timeframe: 90 - 120 days
