• Summary: Site needs to bring on more new EM boarded locums for Ada and Ardmore starting in October. 
• Dates: Sept 28 - ongoing
• Shifts times: 6a-4p, 7a-6p, 4p-3a, 6p-6a
  • Volume around 30k per year for Ada and around 40k per year Ardmore
  • Trauma designation Level 3 at both
  • Shift times for docs and app’s APPs work 12-hour shifts 11a-11p
  • EMR EPIC - all mercy locations are EPIC
  • Board cert requirements - Will they accept Family Medicine or Internal Medicine? No must be ER residency trained and board certified
  • Admission rate* 15% for both
  • Beds in ED* 12 beds in Ada and 17 beds in Ardmore
  • Backup* No
• Consultants: cardiology, nephrology, surgery, podiatry, ortho, peds, urology, tele neurology, Hospitalist
• EMR: Epic
• License: OK license
