- 24 - 72 hour shifts, 8 - 14 shifts per month
- 21 patients per 24-hour shift
- Critical access hospital setting
- Advanced practice provider support available
- 72% of cases are lower acuity (Level 3 - 5)
- Annual patient volume of 7,600
- Ongoing coverage needed
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
- Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
