- Average 12 shifts per month with options for extra if desired
- 12-hour shifts are mostly days with some nights split with the other EM physicians
- 50k - 60k visits per year with fast track
- Two ED departments are level III trauma facilities
- Salary plus quality and bonus incentives for over $450k in combined earnings
- Open to EM physicians available now or 2025 EM residents
- Located in a West Central Texas community with a population of 100k+ and a 4-year university
