Assistant Medical Director Overview:

• Opportunity to lead a high-performing team of ABEM-certified physicians in a collaborative, community-based ED

Emergency Department Snapshot:

• 17-bed ED with 5-bed fast track
• Includes 2 designated trauma rooms
• ED volume: 44k annually (130 patients daily)
• Patient load: Under 2.0 patients per hour
• EMR: EPIC
• Hospital beds: 83
• Acuity: Mix of low-to-moderate with some high
• 40 hours/day physician coverage (10-hour shifts)
• 40 hours/day APC coverage
