We’re seeking EM physicians to provide high-quality care in a modern, well-supported environment — all at a competitive $240 - $265 + paid travel ongoing assignment.

THE LOCATION: LINDALE, TX

    Pay Rate: $245-$265/hr. (all-in) 

• Schedule: Set schedule available; mix of 8–12-hour shifts
• Shift Times:
• Mon–Fri: 8a–8p
• Tue–Fri: 8a–10p
• Sat–Sun: 10a–8p
• Minimum Shift: 8 hours
• Start Date: February 2026
• Travel & Lodging: Fully covered
• Call: None
• Annual Volume: ~7,000
• Patients per Day: ~20/day
• EMR: EPIC

Required Certifications

• ACLS, ATLS, PALS
• EM residency trained or EM board eligible → must hold all three
• EM board certified → must show proof of training

State License

• Active Texas license required

Clinical Responsibilities

1. Stabilize and transfer critically ill patients to higher-level facilities
2. Provide full-scope Emergency Medicine care
3. Trauma stabilization
4. STEMI coverage

5. ROSC care (6–10 bed capacity)
