Emergency Medicine job located in Austin, Texas

St. David's Medical Center is seeking a full-time emergency medicine physician to join one of Austin's premier emergency departments located next to The University of Texas at Austin. Summer 2027 marks the launch of the hospital's new EM residency program offering physicians the rare opportunity to help shape a program from the ground up.

St. David's Medical Center also expanded its emergency care footprint with the opening of an affiliated emergency department in Manor, Texas in December 2025, creating additional opportunities within the system.

Qualifications

• ABEM/ABOEM board-certified or board-eligible
• Eligible for Texas medical licensure
• Active clinical practice within the last 12 months
• ACLS, PALS, and ATLS (expired accepted)
