Job Description

Join a well-established Emergency Medicine group offering flexibility across five Emergency Departments in South Texas. Physicians can choose to work at a single site or rotate across multiple locations, including hospital-based and free-standing emergency departments.

This is a high-earning 1099 opportunity with flexible scheduling and strong support.

  • 5 ER options: Level II Trauma, Level III Trauma, and 3 Free-Standing ERs
  • Volumes range from 9,500 - 49,000 annually
  • $550,000 Realistic Year 1 Earnings: 1099 hourly base + wRVU incentive
  • Full-time = 120 hours/month with flexible scheduling of 10hr and 12hr shifts
  • Up to $150K sign-on ($100K first check, $50K year two)
  • ABEM/AOBEM for hospital ERs | ABFM/ABIM w/ EM experience for FSEDs
