Emergency Medicine Physician Locums Job in Washington | 9-Hour Shifts | Immediate and Ongoing | Assignment #113312

Coverage Needed:
-- Immediate and ongoing
-- 3-4 days per month
-- Hiring multiple candidates

Shift Descriptions:
-- Multiple shift times:
    -- 7am-4pm
    -- 11am-8pm
    -- 2pm-11pm
    -- 10pm-7am

Requirements:
-- Board Certified or Board Eligible
-- Must be licensed in Washington
-- ACLS, DEA, PALS
-- Must be comfortable evaluating, stabilizing, and managing patients across a wide range of acuity (medical, surgical, behavioral health, and resuscitative presentations)
-- Some peds and major trauma 

Assignment Details:
-- EMR: Cerner but updating to Epic in May 2026
-- 24/7 in-house anesthesia, critical care, general surgery, hospital medicine, neurohospitalist, and radiology services
-- Admissions per day: approximately 1.5 patients per hour, 28% admission rate
-- Patients per day: around 15 in a 9-hour shift
-- Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days
