Practice Details:
Democratic and collegial team of 7 physicians in the ED
Work anywhere from 7-12 shifts per month based on your preferences
Opportunity to be involved with Emergency Medicine Fellowship Program
Family Medicine Residency Program coming in 2027
Annual volume of around 12,000
Independent organization that has brought on 22 providers in the past 4 years
Very little turnover - physician input and autonomy are unmatched here
Compensation & Benefits:
Employed position with hourly rate in the $220 range with a total compensation package of around $500,000
Comprehensive benefits include 100% of premiums being paid by the hospital, malpractice/tail coverage, 403B with match up to 5%, and more
$50,000 Sign-on, Relocation Assistance and CME offered as well
