Qualification Requirements

Candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school

• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Emergency Medicine Residency

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine

• ABEM (American Board of Emergency Medicine) certification preferred or required depending on assignment

• Active U.S. State Medical License (or willingness to obtain one)

• Current ACLS, ATLS, and PALS certifications typically required

• Strong clinical decision-making and patient care skills in high-acuity environments

• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary emergency department teams
