Job Description
seeking an experienced Division Director for Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI) to lead a growing and highly respected academic-affiliated reproductive medicine program, overseeing clinical excellence, program development, and leadership of a multidisciplinary fertility care team in a high-demand outpatient specialty setting.
--Provide clinical and administrative leadership for the REI division
--Oversee and guide a growing reproductive endocrinology and infertility program
--Deliver specialized outpatient reproductive endocrinology care
--Perform diagnostic and advanced fertility treatments and procedures
--Lead quality improvement, clinical standards, and program growth initiatives
--Supervise and collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams
--Participate in strategic planning and development of reproductive medicine services
--Manage clinic operations with limited inpatient or consultative responsibilities
--Engage in call coverage and weekend rotation as determined by leadership
--Ensure compliance with institutional, state, and national standards of care

--Required:
- Board Certified in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI)
- 3–5 years of post-fellowship experience in REI
- Completion of ACGME-accredited REI fellowship
- Eligible for Michigan medical licensure
- Clean malpractice and licensing history
- BLS & DEA
- NPDB Self Query Report within 30 days
