 (Login for Information)a large multi-specialty staff model HMO, is seeking an Advanced Practitioner with Endocrinology experience to join our Edgewater facility. (Login for Information). The Advanced Practice Provider shall render necessary and appropriate endocrinology services, within the scope of the Nurse Practitioner's training and experience. Responsibilities and expectations to include the following:

• Deliver patient-centered, compassionate care
• Continuously enhance clinical knowledge
• Collaborate with Endocrinologist, nurses, medical assistants, and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
• Complete documentation, billing, and coding as required by healthcare regulations and standards
• Attend staff meetings, training, and continuing education as required
• Clear English communication skills, written and oral
• Travel required, must have reliable transportation
• Great Customer Service and Communication skills with patients and their Primary Care Physicians

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program, APRN, NP or PA program
• Advanced Practitioner Florida Licensure
• 2 years’ AP post licensing experience in Endocrinology
