This is a collegial, patient-focused, and established team of 200+ providers serving a regional population of 400,000 in central and eastern Illinois. Here physicians have enormous potential to build successful, lucrative practice.

- Proven First year earning potential of an additional $100,000 annually
- $50,000 sign-on bonus
- No cap on production
- 100% Outpatient with light call schedule
