Family Medicine Other job located in Alabama

We're currently looking for Providers interested in independently contracting for us performing home pre-scheduled history and physical evaluations of Medicare members.

• Home Visits
• Hotel/Rental Car, Travel covered based on assignment.
• No prescribing/treatment required.
• Independent Contractor, 1099 status.
• State License Required.

 We can work with you and your schedule to make these evaluations as convenient as possible. They can be done on a part-time or full-time/weekly basis Monday - Sunday. Providers working weekly on this project average $2,500 - $3,500 per week. Those who elect for part time work can easily subsidize their current income with an extra $500 + per day.
