- 8 am - 5 pm schedule with rotating Saturdays
- Family physician will see mostly pediatrics
- Join one pediatrician and five nurse practitioners
- Each provider has their own medical assistant
- After-hours call shared equally among all providers
- Patient volume of 20 - 25 patients per day
- DEA required
