Current need:
100% outpatient FM
Volumes have now increased and need to meet demands
Upcoming satellite clinic expansion.
Schedule:
4.5 days in clinic + 0.5 admin day
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:45-4:45
Panel Size: ~1,080
Support: CMA or RN + RN Supervisor
Patient Population: Adults only (18+)
Call: Every 8 weeks
