Job Description
A primary care group centered around patient accountability and values has expanded into the Alabama/Mississippi market. The group serves the over-65 market and has opened clinics in Mobile, AL, Gulfport, MS, and Montgomery, AL, bringing the total number of sites to five. The group is seeking a family medicine physician for its Montgomery site.
These highly rewarding positions offer:
- Reduced patient volumes - have a patient panel of 400 patients - only see 10 to 15 patients per day.
- Very Solid Pay ($250K-$295K) with $15K Signing bonus and Quality Bonus
- Make an additional 28% of salary with the incentive plan. Most providers make at least 20%
- Athena EMR
- Normal Monday - Friday schedule with minimal call responsibilities.
- Candidates who are technology savvy with value-based experience are highly desired.
