• 52,000-Square-Foot Wellness Center and Clinic  
• 4-Day Week & No Call Requirements
• MD, PA, and NP Support   
• 14-16 Patients per Day

• Family Medicine Board Eligible or Board Certified

COMMUNITY Family Medicine (FM)
