Compensation / No Tax State Family Medicine (FM)
ABOUT DELTA PHYSICIAN PLACEMENT
Delta Physician Placement (DPP), the permanent staffing division of (Login for Information), identifies qualified physicians, advanced practitioners, allied health, and therapists on behalf of healthcare facilities nationwide. A single point of contact provides direct knowledge of the industry to healthcare providers and facilities. - Hiring Range $280,000 to $321,000
- 7% yearly salary increases
- Relocation assistance: $30,000
- Sign-on bonus: 10% of base salary ($28K–$36K) paid with first paycheck
- Retention bonus: 10% of salary after year 2
- CME: 5 paid days plus allowance
- Loan repayment: NHSC and IHS, PSLF programs
- Paid Time Off + holidays = (400 hours can be banked or cashed out end of yr.)
- Patient volume: 12-14 patients/day
- Integrated care model with dedicated medical assistant and support staff
- EMR system: Cerner
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
