COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS - Family Medicine

• Guaranteed Salary: $300,000 based on experience
• Sign on Bonus of $50,000 (based on experience)  
• Comprehensive Benefits Package: Includes starting bonus, relocation assistance, Health, Dental, Disability, Malpractice with Tail, $3,000 annual CME allowance.

• Outpatient Family Medicine; can do inpatient too if desired
• 4-day work week
• Patient Load: Average 12 Patients Per Day and Focus on Quality & Happy Patients  
• No Call: Great Quality of Life

• 5 to 10 years of Experience Ideal
