COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Outpatient Family Medicine 

• $250,000 guaranteed salary 
• $30,000 Signing Bonus
• wRVU production bonus model
• Full Benefits: Medical-80% pd., Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Retirement/matching, malpractice ins., CME and relocation paid.

• 30 bed community hospital

• You can do inpatient, EM, scopes, etc. but not required

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Outpatient Family Medicine 

• Board Certification not required but ideal
• Outpatient clinic setting
• Quality and Patient Care Focused
• Work well in Teams
