Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive health measures, diagnosis, and treatment of various medical conditions. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance the health and well-being of our community.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Provide ongoing management for chronic conditions and acute illnesses.
• Perform triage for patients requiring immediate attention.
• Collaborate with specialists in areas such as pediatric cardiology, psychiatry, and radiology as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record systems like Epic.
• Educate patients on preventive care strategies and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Participate in labor delivery services when applicable, ensuring safe practices are followed.

Skills

• Strong background in patient care with an emphasis on family medicine principles.
• Proficient in triage processes and managing diverse patient populations.
• Experience or knowledge in dementia care and behavioral health practices.
• Familiarity with labor delivery procedures is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Competence in utilizing electronic health record systems, particularly Epic, for documentation and patient management.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
