- Need commitment for at least 60 days
- 100 - 120 total cases per day
- Need 2+ yrs of outpatient clinical experience post-residency or fellowship
- Credentialing needed
- DEA not needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
