Family Medicine job located in California

(Login for Information) is currently assisting a community health center outside of Sacramento, California with their search for a family medicine physician. The facility needs an additional physician to help cover the growing patient base. The schedule is flexible, and the group is open to a 3- or 4-day work week. You will see 16 to 22 patients per day on average. You will work with a great group of medical assistants and be the sole family practitioner. Final-year residents and fellows are welcomed to apply.

• Be the lead physician at a CHC and join 2 MAs, patient service rep, and integrated health coach
• Part time or full time flex scheduling, 3 - 5 days/week
• FM or FM w/ OB (up to 36 weeks gestation), board eligible or board certified will be considered
• See a quality patient panel of 16 - 22 per dat
• $20k - $100k sign-on bonus depending on experience and criteria TBD direct
• $50k student loan repay for a 2 year commitment

From $200000.00 to $255000.00 annual
