Job Description
A beautiful coastal community healthcare center in northern California is seeking a talented and compassionate FM Medical Director to lead their dynamic team of 20 providers. As a vital member of their healthcare organization, you'll play a crucial role in providing top-quality services to the entire community that offers a great work-life balance and a patient focused mindset.
Practice Details:
Outpatient Only - No Weekends Required
Flexible schedule with lighter patient volume and optional 4-day work week
60% Administrative, 40% Clinical
Lead a team of 20 Providers (12 Physicians and 8 APP's) and supporting 9 locations
Epic EMR
Walking into an established panel with a great community reputation
Compensation and Benefits:
$385,000 guaranteed base salary (negotiable) + $100,000 Sign-On Bonus
Quality and relocation bonuses (15K) available
Eligible for the state loan forgiveness programs
Comprehensive, Enhanced Benefits Package - Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, 401K, 7 weeks total PTO, and CME
