Job Description
Location: Corning, CA Facility: St. Elizabeth Community Hospital – Solano Street Clinic
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Duration: 1-year commitment
Patient Population: Adults (18+), chronic care focus
EMR: Cerner CareB
Rate: $160/hour (daily guarantee for 8 hours/day)
Call: None
Housing & Travel: Covered or reimbursed
Privileges: Required at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital
Clinical Scope Includes:

Diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disorders

Preventive care and wellness visits

Management of an established patient panel

No procedures required
Candidate Requirements:

BC/BE in Family Medicine

Active CA license & DEA
-
BLS certification
-
Prior outpatient experience preferred

Comfortable working independently
