Locum Tenens Family Medicine Physician – St. Elizabeth Community Hospital | Corning, CA This is a full-scope outpatient opportunity in a rural Northern California clinic with a strong focus on chronic care management and community-centered medicine.

- Clinic Days: Monday–Thursday
- Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- One year commitment
- Call: None
- Patient Population: Adults (18+), chronic care focus
- EMR: Cerner CareB
- Support Staff: Medical Assistants
?? Clinical Scope
This assignment covers all aspects of primary care and chronic condition management, including:
- Diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disorders
- Preventive care and wellness visits
- Management of an established patient panel
- No procedures required
? Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active California medical license & DEA
- BLS certification required
- Prior outpatient experience preferred
- Must be comfortable working independently in a sole-provider model
?? Compensation & Logistics
- Daily Guarantee: 8 hours/day $180.00/Hour
- Overtime: Applies after 9 hours/day (must be pre-approved)
- Travel & Lodging: Covered or reimbursed
- Malpractice Insurance: Provided
- Credentialing: Streamlined for qualified candidates
- Privileges: Required at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital (clinic is hospital-licensed space; no inpatient work)
