(Login for Information) is a licensed Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) program in Irvine, California, focused on delivering compassionate, culturally respectful, and clinically compliant care to seniors. Our interdisciplinary team supports participants’ medical, social, and functional needs while working closely with families and caregivers.
Position Overview
We are seeking a California-licensed Physician (MD/DO) to serve as Medical Director / Supervising Physician for our ADHC program. This role provides medical oversight and clinical guidance to ensure compliance with ADHC/CBAS regulations and support high-quality participant care. The position is ideal for a physician looking for a low-time-commitment, flexible, non-acute role.
Key Responsibilities

Provide medical oversight for ADHC program participants

Review and approve initial and periodic medical assessments

Review and sign plans of care, treatment orders, and documentation

Participate in interdisciplinary team (IDT) meetings as required (onsite or remote)

Be available for clinical consultation with nursing staff

Ensure compliance with Title 22, Medi-Cal, and ADHC regulations

Support quality assurance, utilization review, and regulatory readiness

Assist with policy development and clinical best practices as needed
Required Qualifications

Active and unrestricted California MD or DO license

Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, or related specialty

Experience caring for older adults or chronic conditions

Familiarity with ADHC / CBAS or willingness to learn

Excellent communication and collaborative skills
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience as Medical Director or Supervising Physician

Knowledge of Medi-Cal and ADHC regulatory requirements

Bilingual (Gujarati / Hindi / Spanish) – a plus

Interest in community-based senior care
