- Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8 am - 5 pm; Tuesday 8 am - 8 pm; Thursday 10 am - 6 pm
- No scheduled shifts over 8 hours and closed weekends
- Board-certified or board-eligible in family medicine required
- Obstetrics experience preferred up to 36 weeks gestation
- Serve underserved patient population in FQHC community-based setting
- Average 9 patients per 4-hour shift with meaningful appointment times
- NHSC site with loan repayment opportunities available

From $200000.00 to $255000.00 annual
