Job Description
A well-established critical access hospital in the San Bernardino Mountains is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician.
Practice Highlights:
Full-service hospital with 24/7 ED, 17-bed med/surg unit, 20-bed LTC, lab, radiology, 2 ORs, PT/rehab, dental clinic
Outpatient-focused practice with 18-20 patients per day
4-day workweek available
Optional inpatient coverage for added scope and income
Join a collaborative team of 2 physicians and 3 FNPs
Serve a permanent population of 26,000, with seasonal volume that can double due to visitors and part-time residents
$260K-$300K+ total compensation plus comprehensive benefits
