Job Description
A community-anchored primary care clinic along the California coast is recruiting a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to combine hands-on clinical care with Medical Director leadership.
You'll spend most of your time caring for patients, with protected administrative time to support quality initiatives, team development, and clinic operations—without heavy management burden.
Opportunity Highlights:
$125-$150 per hour ($312,000 annualized at 40 hours/week).
2-3 day work week with a flexible, part-time schedule.
Eligible for part-time benefits, including health coverage, PTO, CME, 403(b), and relocation support.
Full-scope primary care with dedicated leadership and administrative time.
Light Medical Director responsibilities with strong operational support.
