Practice is part of a full-service critical access hospital serving a large regional and seasonal population
Hospital services include 24/7 Emergency Department, inpatient med/surg, long-term care, imaging, lab, ORs, rehab services, and specialty clinics
Join a collaborative outpatient practice with 2 physicians and 3 Family Nurse Practitioners
Supportive, team-based culture with autonomy and flexibility
Position Details:
Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Outpatient-focused practice with 18-20 patients per day
4-day workweek available
Optional inpatient coverage for added scope and additional income
Serve a permanent population of approximately 26,000, with seasonal volume that increases significantly
$260,000-$300,000+ total compensation, depending on experience and scope
Comprehensive benefits package including PTO, malpractice coverage, and annual CME
