Academic Primary Care / Family Medicine Locum Opportunity – Los Angeles County
A well-established academic, multi-specialty health system in Los Angeles County is seeking Primary Care physicians (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) for a locum tenens assignment while permanent recruitment is underway.
This is a structured, weekday-only outpatient role with teaching involvement—ideal for physicians who enjoy academics without inpatient call, OB, or procedural demands.
The Opportunity

3–12 month locum assignment

Temp-to-perm option if there’s mutual interest

Monday–Friday only

Flexible schedule: 4×10s or 5×8s

No call | No OB | No procedures

Physician Requirements

MD or DO
-
Completion of a Family Medicine / Internal Medicine residency

Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Active, unrestricted California license and DEA

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
