This long-standing clinic in one of California's most scenic communities is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to step into a Medical Director role with laid back administrative responsibilities.

Opportunity Highlights:

Part-Time Role: 2-3 day work week with flexbile scheduling.

Competitive Compensation: $125-$150 per hour ($312,000 annualized at 40 hours/week).

Part-Time Benefits: Eligible for part-time benefits, including health coverage, PTO, CME, 403(b), and relocation support.

Full-scope primary care with dedicated leadership and administrative time.

Light Medical Director responsibilities with strong operational support.
