Full-Time | Virtual | Multi-State Licensure Required

A rapidly growing healthcare startup is expanding its virtual care team and seeking experienced Telehealth Nurse Practitioners who are confident managing triage, chat, and video visits in a high-acuity, technology-enabled environment.

This is a role for seasoned clinicians who are comfortable practicing independently, collaborating with specialists, and delivering efficient, high-quality care at scale.

What You’ll Bring:

• Background in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Minimum 6,240 practice hours (3 years full-time equivalent)

• 5–10 years total clinical experience

• 4+ years of telehealth experience

• Strong comfort managing triage and varying acuity virtually

• Active licensure covering at least 40% of the U.S. population, including CA, TX, FL, and NY (required)

• U.S. work authorization required — no visa sponsorship now or in the future
