This Federally Qualified Health Center provides comprehensive primary care services to the community with a focus on accessible healthcare delivery. The facility operates with full support staff and additional specialties onsite to ensure efficient patient care coordination and optimal outcomes for patients requiring family medicine services.

The nurse practitioner will deliver comprehensive family medicine care in a Federally Qualified Health Center environment, managing diverse primary care cases for patients of all ages. Daily responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, managing chronic conditions, providing preventive healthcare services, and treating acute illnesses as they present. The clinician will work Monday through Friday managing 24-25 patients per day with a 20% no-show rate, maintaining accurate medical records and collaborating with onsite physicians and support staff to ensure quality healthcare delivery within the FQHC framework.
