This Federally Qualified Health Center provides comprehensive primary care services to the community with a focus on accessible healthcare delivery. The facility operates with full support staff including physicians, medical assistants, registered nurses, and licensed vocational nurses to ensure efficient patient care. The physician will deliver comprehensive family medicine care in a Federally Qualified Health Center setting, managing diverse primary care cases for patients of all ages. Daily responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, managing chronic conditions, providing preventive healthcare services, and maintaining accurate medical records. The clinician will work 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling options, covering one weekend per month and one evening shift per week while managing 24-25 patients per day. Collaboration with physicians and support staff ensures quality healthcare delivery within the FQHC framework.
