This Federally Qualified Health Center provides comprehensive primary care services to the community with a focus on accessible healthcare delivery. The facility operates with full support staff including physicians and additional specialties onsite to ensure efficient patient care coordination. The FQHC maintains modern equipment and systems to deliver quality outpatient services across all age groups.

The physician associate will provide comprehensive family medicine care working Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM with no call or weekend requirements. Clinical responsibilities include managing 24-25 patients per day with a 20% no-show rate, conducting patient evaluations, managing chronic medical conditions, and providing preventive healthcare services. The clinician will deliver typical outpatient primary care services rendered while collaborating with physicians and additional support staff onsite to ensure optimal patient outcomes within the FQHC healthcare delivery system.
