Job Description
A well-established, 50-year-old Federally Qualified Community Health Center with three clinics in Santa Cruz, California, is seeking family medicine physicians. The group is seeking a family medicine physician to serve as a core faculty member in its brand-new family medicine residency program.
About the Opportunity
- Clinics are open Monday - Thursday, 8A to 8P; 8A to 5P on Friday
- About 60% of the position will involve resident supervision and other scholarly activities
- 40% will pertain to managing the care of your own patients.
- Work one late evening per week, along with occasional Saturdays.
- OMT skills would be desired, but not a must
- EPIC EHR
- Spanish-speaking a plus
- Integrated care team model with nurses, medical assistants, chiropractors, and case managers
Financial Package
- Compensation ranges up to $277K, depending upon training and experience level.
