Job Description

Just a short drive to Santa Rosa or Sacramento, a close-knit 7 provider primary care group is seeking a board eligible or board-certified family medicine physician.

Opportunity:
  • Up to $325,000 base salary + RVU bonuses.
  • 4 Day Work Week - outpatient only, no nights/weekends/call.
  • Associate Medical Director Position (Optional).
  • $100,000 retention bonus, relocation assistance, sign-on provided.
