We are seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to serve as Medical Director for a well-established racility in Palm Springs, CA. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to combine clinical excellence with impactful program leadership.
Position Highlights:
- Medical Director role
- Monday – Friday schedule
- Approximately 20% administrative duties within scope of leadership
- Medical Director stipend
- Experienced interdisciplinary team and administrative support
Ideal Candidate:
- BC/BE in Internal Medicine
- Must Have 2+ years experience in LTAC, Rehab or Acute Hospitalist
- Strong leadership mindset with a focus on quality care and outcomes
