Sansum Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our highly respected, physician-led multispecialty medical group in beautiful Santa Barbara, California.

Compensation & Incentives

• Two-year guaranteed salary

• Base compensation: $300,000–$380,000 annually

• Competitive sign-on bonus

Base compensation does not include incentives, bonus opportunities, or benefits and may vary based on experience, training, and community needs.

Qualifications

• MD or DO

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

• Experience providing comprehensive primary care services

• Ability to perform typical primary care procedures

• California medical license or ability to obtain licensure

• DEA certification

• Eligible to work in the United States

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
