This Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) provides outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages in Thousand Oaks, California. The physician associate will provide outpatient primary care services Monday through Friday, with 8-hour or 10-hour shift options available within a 40-hour work week, at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Thousand Oaks, California. Clinical responsibilities include managing typical primary care cases across all age groups, addressing minor acute care needs, and delivering women's health services. Clinicians are expected to maintain a caseload of 22-28 patients per day depending on shift length and to document clinical encounters accurately.
